Share plc is traded on ShareMark, the auction-based marketplace for smaller companies. Auctions
take place on Fridays at 14:00.
Orders can be accepted right up until the start of the auction when the market then closes for an
hour. New orders for inclusion in the next week's auction can be placed from 15:00 each Friday.
The share price is struck at each weekly auction, based on the price point at which the maximum volume
of purchase and sale orders can be matched. The order book, leading up to the weekly auction, is
displayed continually on the ShareMark website.
ShareMark is not classed as a Recognised Investment Exchange and Share plc shares are unlisted.
Therefore, you should be aware that it may be difficult for you to buy and sell these shares, or to obtain reliable
information about their value, or the extent of the risks to which the share price is exposed.
Share plc's share price may fluctuate and could fall against your interests and it may be subject to
sudden and large falls in value given their restricted marketability. You may get back less than your
initial investment.
