We are currently recruiting full time Customer Service Assistants to provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers both on the telephone and in writing. This role will require you to handle high volumes of telephone calls whilst completing administration duties such as new accounts, actioning withdrawal requests, maintaining accurate customer records, responding to customer correspondence and dealing with customers and the general public on a face to face basis when covering reception duties.
Please note that the customer service department is required to cover all business office hours, so it is necessary for all team members to operate on a rota basis.
